The location is perfect, just a block from Ave. Paulista. The lobby is cute and the breakfasts are delicious. The free internet is a great bonus. The service from the staff was excellent, especially Estevao and Eduardo who were professional, helpful, and patient.

There are several positives to highlight about this hotel. the room service was excellent, with prompt and efficient service. The staff were also very helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a bar/lounge area where we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast each morning. The restaurant also serves a variety of tasty dishes, and the snack bar is perfect for a quick bite to eat. The hotel also offers laundry services, which was very convenient for us. our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to others.
